Chartivo AI provides digital analysis outputs delivered immediately after processing. Because delivery is instant, completed analyses are generally non-refundable.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We may issue a refund if you were charged and did not receive the purchased analysis due to a confirmed system error.
3. How To Request
Send your request within 7 days of charge date to admin@chartivoai.com, including transaction date, amount, and account email.
4. Cancellation
There is no recurring subscription in the current pay-per-analysis model. You can stop purchasing at any time.
