Chartivo AI provides chart analysis software that generates market scenario insights from user-submitted chart images and selected timeframes.
2. Informational Use
Outputs are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for trading and investment decisions.
3. Accounts and Billing
Paid usage is offered on a pay-per-analysis basis. Charges are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the applicable charge.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse of payment systems, or attempts to disrupt platform operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartivo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
